Who we are
Michael and Anita Marchena are licensed California real estate brokers based in the Temecula Valley. Michael has been a Realtor since 2012, and together they lead the Marchena Home Team, which has sold more than 400 homes. That count includes residential sales of every kind, not only investment purchases.
How we work with investors
- Numbers first. We estimate rent and every cost of ownership before you write an offer, and we show our assumptions.
- Local rules up front. HOA rental limits, special taxes, permits and tenant law can change a property’s numbers, so we check them early.
- Straight answers. If a property doesn’t fit your plan, we’ll tell you.
- The right professionals. We work alongside your lender, qualified intermediary, CPA, inspector and contractors. We don’t give tax or legal advice.
