Who we are

MHTInvestments.com is operated by My Key Real Estate (MHT Investments Inc), California DRE #02197885, for Michael Marchena (DRE #01918167) and Anita Marchena (DRE #02031692), licensed California real estate brokers. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean that business.

Information we collect

Information you give us through our consultation form, such as your name, email address, phone number, investment goals, timeline, financing status, preferred area, price range and any message you include.
Technical information collected automatically when you visit, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site, through our hosting provider and website software. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and whether the consultation form was submitted. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this information. We do not use advertising pixels or remarketing tools, and we do not send your name, email address or phone number to Google Analytics. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Campaign information such as UTM parameters in the link you used to reach the site, the page you submitted the form from, the referring page, and the date of your first visit (stored in your browser).

If you agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. Consent isn’t a condition of any purchase.
